Q: What services do you provide?
Bartending services only or Bartending services with a mobile bar.
We understand that some venues already have bar spaces and we will gladly serve from them or if you are need of a bar space we will provide the bar.
Q: How does it work?
You’ll first start by answer a few questions within our inquiry form on my contact us page. This helps us build a proposal that best suits your event as all events are so unique and different. once that information is provided we then build your proposal. If our clients choose to book with us a deposit is paid to reserve your date and goes towards your overall balance. We then design your shopping list, communicate with you for all your needs, provide you with drink ware options, and design a menu that perfectly represents you!
Q: What does it cost?
Of course each event is different – so please contact us for exact prices.
OTR does not charge a travel fee for services within Humboldt county.
Q: Do you serve events without alcohol?
Absolutely! WE love our mocktails. We go above and beyond for our mocktail services just as we would for our cocktail services we believe every event should have a beautifully delicious beverage.
Q: Are you equipped to serve tapped beverages(kegs)?
Yes! We can most definitely provide tapped keg services. Our Hale horse trailer is equipped with a double Tap CO2 system and if serving at a venue we don’t mind utilizing a keg tap.
Q: Do you sell alcohol?
No, we cannot provide the alcohol due to the state of california not allowing bartenders to provide alcohol. but we do provide you with a detailed shopping list with recommendations and quantities so you don’t over spend.
Q: Do you have the ability to serve to the public as a cash bar?
Yes, we do have the ability to serve to the public and obtain a liquor license. We love being apart of community events and helping event holders get the drinks flowing.
Q: Are You Licensed and insured?
Yes, We carry a Mobile Business License, and Hold 2 million in general liability and liquor liability insurance. OTR is Responsible Beverage Service Trained ( RBST CERTIFIED SERVERS)
Q: Where do you travel to?
We are currently based out of Humboldt County, ca. – however, we do travel throughout the Tri-County area.
Having a wedding not in our zone, give us a call. we’re always up for an adventure!
Q: Are there any requirements for service?
We require a flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We begin set-up 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on a private property or designated rented venue.
